When we decided to check Paddington on not such a promising Sunday day, we weren't planning something so exciting for sure. To be honest, the most wonderful things happen at the most unexpected moment. We were supposed to walk through little Venice when we run into Julian and his boat. Julian had the most pleasant personality and he kind enough to advice us for our little trip with 'goboat' . He show us the route for 2 hours and supplied us with blankets and a torch for the big tunnel. The fascinating thing is that he wasn't the captain - you can be your own captain when you are renting the boat. GoBoats can carry up to eight people , with no previous boating experience needed. Well, for safety reasons I choosed to let my friends guide the boat - I was the light girl into the tunnel. The scenery was amazing, with loads of wildlife. this is a unique chance to see and enjoy London from a different vantage point by passing through Regent's Park Zoo, my favourite Little Venice and Camden Lock. The boats are brilliant and ensure a smooth and steady ride while you are relaxing with your friends and having some drinks and snacks - we wished we had some snacks but wan't planned. When getting into tunnel everybody was speechless by the beautiful reflections and I was trying to get some photos while lighting the place - don't be the light person if you want to take some great shots there. It's hard for me to remember the last time I felt so calm and tranquil. such moments are really hard to describe if you don't experience. Below there are some photo from this little adventure - what are you waiting - GoBoat and be your the captain of your own boat, chart your own adventure and choose your own crew. Thank you Goboat and Julian for this lovely day.
